The Chalice Well Trust
In the serene landscape between two iconic hills, the Tor and Chalice Hill, lies the ancient Chalice Well in Glastonbury, Somerset. This sacred Spring, steeped in history, gracefully emerges from the valley floor. Adorned by lush gardens in the Summerland’s, it was in this very setting that Tennison found inspiration to pen, 'The island valley of Avalon, where falls not hail, or rain, or any snow.' Well known by water diviners and specialists, the Spring is said to originate 'primarily' from the depths of the earth, adding to its mystical allure.
Glastonbury Festival
Need we say more? Glastonbury Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world, and beloved by all. If you haven’t been, make sure to put it on your bucket list.

2024 Abbey Extravaganza to be headlined by KEANE
Glastonbury Extravaganza is organised by Glastonbury Festivals and is held at Glastonbury Abbey on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024.
Glastonbury Chilkwell Carnival
One of the largest illuminated carnivals in the UK and Europe it takes place in Glastonbury on November 16th, 2024. It relies on the generosity of donations to keep it going. Note the new start time of the entire procession is 6:45pm

A charity event that takes place every year, The Glastonbury Zombie Walk will take place on Glastonbury High Street on *Saturday 26th Octob-arghhh! Road closure and dress up from 3pm. *Date subject to confirmation.
Glastonbury Frost Fayre
It takes place on the last Saturday of November, with this year’s date set for 30th November 2024. The Glastonbury Frost Fayre celebrates the festive season where the community unites to embrace the spirit of 'Peace and Goodwill to All' during this festive period of the year.
